We have a NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY, which means after you have paid for an item you adhere to our policy and understand you are unable to make any changes or request a refund. Custom made items are also ineligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
